Review on ConversionMonk by Chase Dunn

1) It’t a robust platform with many modules and great support teams as well2) Great documentation for developers and end-users3) They work with many different technology platforms and integrate them too.4) It saves a lot of manual work for data scientists, they just need to define goals and define KPIs, while our data scientist are doing the magic in the background5) It’s SaaS Platform helps them work without on-boarding new users because it’s very stable and reliable. There is nothing that I dislike about this product now. 1) They use custom solutions and not off-the-shelf solutions.2) A bit complicated to onboard.3) If you have a large set of data the amount of work is very high to import data.4) It can be hard to get approval for new features. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It is very powerful and has a lot of tools to help you achieve your goals. I love that it is very customizable and that you can add your own tools. I wish that there was a way to add more data sources to the product. I am working on a new project and am using ConversionMonk to help us achieve our goals. The product is helping us to increase our conversion rate and reduce the bounce rate.
