I would like to address the suction cup first, just in case I can help anyone. I tried 4 times to install it on a smooth tile according to the instructions and each time it fell for 10 minutes. I thought all the reviews saying it didn't work were correct. I decided to try again in college. This time I pressed it tighter against the tile before turning part of the screw and I actually heard a click and then I turned the screw and voila it stuck and stuck for 3 days. I think it's there for the long haul. Now the squeegee itself. I chose this because I read a review by Bob Villa who highly recommended it and it seemed like it had a long handle which was a priority for me as I'm short . Unfortunately it looks bigger in the picture than it actually is, but I'll live with that as most people don't have long arms. I'm glad I got the 11" blade because I think a 9 would be smaller than I wanted so I'd recommend spending the extra $2 on an 11". It glides wonderfully over tiles and glass doors. Does not creak and drains water. Others said he looks good but I'm not crazy about the looks but he's in the shower and no one will see him so who really cares. In any case, I mean how aesthetic the scraper is.
