The thing is nice to hold, to use and works very well. I had no trouble attaching the suction cup to smooth tiles - they are very strong. I never thought I would write a review for a mop but a friend recommended it after our bathroom renovation and it beats any mops I've used. German engineering at its finest. Highly recommended. Ser good!

The pen is small and difficult to hold. I don't have big hands but I have a hard time keeping them straight and sometimes fall straight down. It also removes water from glass and tiles very well. I'll wrap something around the handle to make it easier to hold. The suction cup works well too. I wiped the tile and mug with rubbing alcohol prior to installation and it is holding up just fine.

Same as the scraper - slightly larger than the previous one we had gives more coverage in one go. The handle, made of silicone rather than metal, makes it easier to hold even when wet and reduces the chance of shattering tile or glass if accidentally dropped. The downside is that the mount is very cheap - made of lightweight but sharp-edged plastic. Why make a good scraper but a crappy holder? Salvaged my lovely holder from my previous squeegee.

The scraper is very good and I was able to easily attach the suction cup to the tile by following these steps: 1.) Choose a smooth surface such as smooth tile or glass assemble.2.) Clean the surface (and if necessary also the suction cup) residue-free 3.) Loosen the suction cup wheel completely or almost completely. 5.) Tighten the wheel until it becomes difficult to turn - this creates a vacuum. 6.) The suction cup should now hold.

This is a great looking item to hang in the shower and the suction on the hanging cup works great. We have tile in the shower (4" square glazed ceramic) and no shower door so no wiping glass. The unit itself is pretty solid for our ceramic tiles and will probably work fine on glass. I hate this product because it's really good. However, it lacks the key ingredient that makes this product useful, which is the strip of sponge you use to clean the surface. Have you ever been to a gas station and cleaned the windows while waiting for gas to be refilled? Do they have these little mopping stations that are in some kind of cleaning solution? Well you pull it out, use the side of a sponge to remove/loosen stains, bugs etc from the window, then turn it over and wipe away the water.

I would like to address the suction cup first, just in case I can help anyone. I tried 4 times to install it on a smooth tile according to the instructions and each time it fell for 10 minutes. I thought all the reviews saying it didn't work were correct. I decided to try again in college.
