Because I am such a committed admirer of do-it-yourself projects, I always make sure to use high-quality tools when I work on them. Because of this, when I found out that HAUTMEC is a firm that specializes in both tools and home renovation, I couldn't wait to give them a try. On the other hand, my dealings with this internet store were not in the least bit satisfying. When I placed my first order with HAUTMEC, I purchased a set of hand tools. My order arrived far later than anticipated despite the fact that the website guaranteed a speedy delivery. When the box did finally come, I was dismayed to see that the instruments were of terrible quality and appeared to have been constructed on a shoddy budget. After making the decision to send the set back, I was taken aback to discover that the procedure for sending it back was not as simple as it had been made up to be. I tried to get in touch with HAUTMEC's customer service department, but the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and insensitive. They made it abundantly evident that they had no intention of assisting me in resolving my problem and provided no potential answers. I was angry and felt that I had been taken advantage of, so I decided to post a critical review on their website. My review was removed from the HAUTMEC website, and they declined to print it, which took me by surprise. They did not respond to any of my attempts to get in touch with them, including emails and phone calls. It was quite evident that they had no intention of addressing my complaints or offering any kind of customer support in any capacity. My time spent with HAUTMEC, on the whole, was a total waste of time and money. My feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction are a direct result of the low quality of their items as well as the poor service they provide to their customers. This is not a firm that I would recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy tools and materials for home remodeling because they are not reputable.
