Then pull out the hose to get a better angle when releasing the clamp by pushing the hose down.

This is a little different from the thermostats I'm used to. At first glance I was afraid. After watching the video, it couldn't be easier. Use a 1/4" ratchet with a 10mm hole. Soon the screws loosened enough to be removed with fingers. Then pull out the hose so you can get a better angle when loosening the clamp by sliding the hose down. Use a small screwdriver around the thermostat hose fitting and remove the hose. Install a new thermostat, replace the clamp, tighten the screw. Remember to check the original seal and refill lost fluids. Took the 3.6 Caravan for a test drive and it warmed up much quicker.
