I love these, I've never used them. Smart scales were earlier, but they are very accurate. My last scale was 5 pounds smaller and read 5 pounds less than me, which is bad because I don't need a scale to lie to me. I love the fact that it really breaks things down for you and it's a great tracker I need. However, I'm not sure I agree with metabolic honeycombs, but I can just ignore it. I've done a lot of research on this topic and most of the research says it's very difficult or impossible to calculate your metabolism this way. The calculation was originally defined in 1919. I think that maybe this should be checked again. But I am very happy with this scale, more than any other scale I have ever used. My husband loves it too and it's nice that you can have multiple users too. My husband has his own app and account so neither of us can track the other unless we want to. I would definitely recommend this scale to anyone who wants a clear and accurate idea of their weight.
