Gorillatech has transformed how i manage my P&L
The most helpful thing about gorilla is that there's nothing much to dislike at all! It makes it easy for us as an organisation to track our spend in real time without needing any software or tooling installed ourselves (or having someone install them).
As well being able to see where spends are coming from across multiple departments allows me to drill down into issues very quickly with no lag times between data entry/calls etc - which can sometimes be frustrating when you're trying to work out what your budget looks like month-on-month but have been waiting weeks before seeing it update itself each day of the week? Also I think they could do more around integration services such as helping set up call recording systems so we don't need 3rd party integrations everytime things change within salesforce & orgs too easily these days if not done correctly.
