Easy setup! Training provided by crime center was great- explained everything we needed quickly so there were no issues! Very impressed with all the features including integration w other systems such as our CMS Platform called Vantiv which saves us tons of time in managing information throughout out dispatch call centers!! There are some glitches that I have come across but nothing major just minor things like not being able to change my email address when adding users etc it's very simple fix if you follow instructions closely though. Excellent software overall good price excellent service always available via phone during business hours also after hour assistance can be reached through their chat feature. Tracking calls received/dispatched at different sites. I love that you can add multiple officers and their individual notes within cases in one spot.It keeps you organized with all your files in one place. It's not very user friendly when it comes to adding attachments. Sometimes the pictures don't upload even if you select them. If you are trying to get everything in one place this software does exactly that. This has helped me keep track of what each officer has done and how they came to an answer.
