Review on Klean Kanteen Resistant Bottle Silicone by Lamar Vanderburg

I bought 2 of these caps based on reviews for my 2 new Klean Kanteen Classic Stainless Steel 20oz vacuum flasks. With the Loop Cap I bought a few days ago. The flip cap that comes with the bottle is great, but removing the cap EVERY time I wanted to drink wasn't very effective. I'm thankful I only had to use the loop cap one day before my sports cap arrived. Oh yes - so much better. When they arrived they were well packaged, the boxes they were originally packed in were intact and the product was in perfect condition. I washed the caps in hot soapy water and even let them soak a bit. After a good rinse, I was ready to use the cap.* I found the cap to be a good fit.* The spout fits snugly into the spout. It takes a bit of effort to open and close - as it should as it doesn't open or leak. * I didn't have a fancy plastic taste - my water tasted clean and crunchy (and it was COLD). * With the lid closed, I can turn the bottle upside down and shake without a drop of water coming out. * The lid makes using the bottle and accessing the liquid MUCH more convenient. I am happy with my purchase and feel it improves the usability of the bottles.
