My son loves minions so we had to get this. We're going to have fun, but you need to know what you're getting and what's not. What's included: 3 small shaped boards (about 3 inches; square, circle, hexagon) 6000 beads (colors: yellow, blue, green, brown, black, gray, white, pink, turquoise) Sheet of 15 iron-on paper patterns Set was not doing what I expected 1. Pegboards and patterns just make little servants, they become cute keychains or zippers for backpacks. 2. I expected more templates. With 6000 beads, we hoped to make many servants. A typical minion needs around 250 beads, so this set should make around 25. We need to buy a minion pattern book or look online for more ideas. 3. I expected more yellow and blue beads. As I mentioned above, we were hoping to make a lot of minions, but with the colors provided, blue and yellow may not be enough. We have a lot of beads that we won't be using to craft minions. This is a good starter kit. I think another idea would be to get a minion pattern book, a large bag of yellow beads, a large bag of blue beads, and a small multicolored set for things like eyes and glasses. which we will not use to make minions.
