Complete garbage. Occurs statically.
Couldn't figure out if the problem was with the electronics on my new Schitt Asgard 2 or with the DAC. So I changed the DAC. In the end, the cables were swapped out and voila. Static disappeared even at maximum volume. Those cables are junk. With these cables, static volume increased linearly after noon on the dial. For $12 I got a nice strong braided string to tie/support a pepper plant in my hobby garden. My peppers are doing great, hence 2 stars for the material. Purchase at your own risk.
