Review on 💻 Pantum M6552NW Laser Multifunction Printer with Wireless Networking and Mobile Printing for Large Paper Capacity in Monochrome by Charles Chambers

I've always had HP printers, I was tired of the cartridge running out at critical moments of research, presentation or study and bought this device midway through May 2019. I've been waiting to review this product to give a more critical/qualified review. Set it up on the first day of use. Even though my HP printer was removed from my system, my system kept downloading HP updates, which destabilized my printer. Clearing the HP information also seemed to cause some problems. Having never used a home laser printer before, I had a learning curve, but I was able to fix any bizarre issues myself, such as: B. the destabilization of my printer. I like this printer because it's so complex, fits neatly behind my desktop computer, and is easy to learn. I would rate it an 8 out of 10 rather than a '10' due to the HP destabilization updates as everything can be improved. If I had to buy again, I would buy it with color. I thought the color would make setup and maintenance even more difficult, but this is a great product and a color printer would probably work just as well. I didn't like the tech support they just gave me a website which I found out myself however product support is available and listed after purchasing Revain which I didn't realize so didn't use. I suspected direct tech support would cost money, but Revain conveniently listed obviously free tech support as an option available at the point of sale. The non-Revain tech support I called was unavailable over the weekend. Perhaps Revain led/arranged technical support should be free for at least the first 30-60 days if you want others to be assured that help is available at no additional cost. I still like the product, if you can't customize it yourself, you might not like it. I suspect if I used Revain tech support I wouldn't have any issues with the destabilization. I still like this printer, there are more pros than cons, I recommend it to everyone.
