One size fits all make support difficult
I bought these insoles to use in my regular work shoes to offer some heel and ball of foot support. They made my shoes generally more comfortable. Because the insole is made for all sizes it was tough to line up the insole to give both my heel and the ball of my foot support. If you need multiple forms of support, I would suggest using a properly sized shoe insole
