Works great. I need this when I go to customers and they don't have a ready made KVM setup in their rack. This product works great. The server/machine console opens as a software window on your laptop. It's great to take screenshots of devices during the loading screen. Also, you can share your desktop with someone else so they can see the device startup process. Works the same as iDRAC or iLO. Please note that this device is a NOTECONS01 block. There are two different units. The other version allows you to copy files back and forth, what I don't need. Driver/software installation is different. You need to download/install the correct driver for this device. While the driver/installer is on the USB stick in the box, the version was several versions out of date. I had already installed other software from another client's device. It didn't find my new device and was very confusing until I realized they were different versions and uninstalled them and then installed the correct installer.
