I like how quick you can set up your account to reach out with potential candidates for different roles. The ability to see who has viewed/downloaded my profile was great as well. You always have options from searching by keywords or location (or both) within areas of interest. And it’s free! It's sometimes hard getting people to respond back when they are in a public setting vs something private such as a LinkedIn message. Sometimes the information doesn't pop right away which could lead to questions regarding their identity since there were no pictures provided. Also it would be ideal if some users had higher status than others so one didn't feel overwhelmed. But those two things might just be personal preference, not anything wrong per se. We use this primarily to help us fill positions without having to ask friends or family members first and also to get the word out about our business. I like this website because it provides me with a platform to find the right candidates for any job posting. It also allows me to filter them according to my preferences. Sometimes it could take some time to load up but the functionality is there once you get past that hurdle. Great product! Nothing really. Great platform for finding all different type of applicants. Great place to source talent as well to find great candidates.
