Review on A-Premium Front Hood Lift Support Shock Struts for Acura MDX 2007-2013 Sport Utility - 2-PC Set by Ben Jacobson

I saw the reviews and bought them for our MDX hoods. Easy to install, just line them up with the ball joint and push and they snap straight into place. However, to remove the old ones you need a small flat head screwdriver to press down on the clips and they come off easily. The struts are initially firm, but once the hood/pillar is opened and closed they gain just the right amount of rigidity. When opening the hood, they work well, do not extend too quickly. Generally good parts and a good price. Works perfectly.
