Like other Fram products this air filter is well made and fits my Honda perfectly. A small issue is that my plastic case was covered in fibrous dust that is easily wiped off with a rag prior to installation. Not sure why there was dust, possibly a manufacturing oversight. Fram generally produces filters of excellent quality. I would take your owner's manual advice on when to change them. I think Fram recommends every 12,000 miles, which sounds too ordinary, but I'm sure it will be good for business. My automaker recommends every 25,000 miles, some recommend every 30,000 miles, these intervals seem more reasonable, always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for reasonable service intervals to ensure vehicle safety, performance, longevity and avoid unnecessary maintenance.
