The quality of the jacket seems to be good, it is quite thick but very small. I can't wear it over a thin long sleeve t-shirt let alone a heavier shirt. I ordered a large and it fit like a small. I have medium sized shirts that fit looser. If you're planning on wearing it over a tank top and nothing else, this might be the one for you. I bought it as a lining for a winter coat, but it is useless for that. Order two sizes larger.
