Review on 🌬️ DuraBasics 13 HEPA Filters for HPA300 Honeywell Air Purifier and HPA300 - 3 HEPA Filters & 4 Pre-Cut Activated Carbon Pre Filters - Replacements for Honeywell Filter R and HPA300 Filter by Adam Bates

I just installed them 5 minutes ago in two HPA Honeywell 300 machines, one on top and one on bottom and the house is filling with the noxious smell of oil. Considering I received them to REMOVE irritants from the air and not add irritants, I am extremely dissatisfied and have a headache as I write this! I will continue to use them to see if the smell goes away quickly and will update my review if it does. Saving $10-20 on brand name filters was NOT worth it. Update - the smell wears off a bit after a few days but I reclaimed them anyway as I'm buying Honeywell filters instead. It's a shame that you can't trust any company anymore. The description says they were 'designed' in the USA but I can't see where they were actually made, leading me to believe they are probably made in China, where unfortunately they have a reputation for being Conservation measures to be used on behalf of unsafe materials. .
