Unfortunately, a $200 product should last longer.

I liked this product for the first few months. Seems to help with odors in my old house. I bought this to see if it would help with allergies and odors. However, it hasn't worked for the past few weeks. I think the product is defective. It doesn't seem to work at all. The device does not always light up, so it is difficult to say. I also smelled hot wire. I think a $200 item should last a few months. That's very disappointing! I was hoping to see how it would fare on high pollen days. It started to fail when pollen levels were high where I live.
