This lock broke after a few months on my car. I do not recommend

The lock on my car broke after a few months. I rarely use the car and have only unlocked it a couple of times, but when I tried to unlock it the lid doesn't "unlock" it just keeps spinning. Now I have to somehow break it and buy a new one. I would not recommend this hat, do it yourself. Choose and buy better quality. I've used other top caps on different machines in the past and never had this problem.
