Eliminates GM's terrible six-speed shake! I checked the transmission oil level (engine warm, idling in park) to make sure there was room to add this product without overfilling the transmission. I then poured the recommended two bottles (20 ounces total) into the gear. After driving 20 km the jerking was gone. Terrible Layer 1-2 has been greatly improved. The shifts feel solid and purposeful. I am very satisfied with this product. GM SUVs and trucks with 6 and 8 speed automatics manufactured between 2016 and 2019 can experience severe shock - this is not a mechanical defect. This is a liquid defect. You now have a synthetic fluid to replace the original fluid that caused the tremors. If your warranty has expired, it could cost you over $250. You can add 20 ounces of this product and it changes the original liquid so it works like a synthetic one. I recommend this treatment as opposed to costly dealer repairs when the dealer does not guarantee the defective fluid. Just don't overcrowd your autotrans by adding this. Check the level first. I was lucky my Acadia has a dipstick so it was easy. Lubeguard advertises this as a long-term solution. I will update this review when the shudders return. Thank you Lubeguard for this product!
