I received this product this week, opened the box and installed it on my gaming console (Nintendo Switch). THAT DOES NOT WORK! I didn't try once, but several times. I have put it back in my bag and am awaiting delivery for a refund. Then they sent me a replacement and yet, THE SAME HAPPENS! This is my first Amazon product that I have ever had to return or have had problems with and will not buy this product again! No disrespect or negative comments about Amazon as a company but this product was very unreliable.
