Review on Highland by Devon Holmes

I like that they are very open to feedback from customers as well as employees (which is rare in this industry). They also provide excellent training programs which helps me grow professionally within my role at the organization. It's hard when you're working remotely but it can be done if your employer allows flexible work hours or remote access! The only thing about Highlands was the lack of flexibility with regards to time zones/work schedules. This has been fixed since then though so all good now :) Very professional people who always strive towards excellence.
