One of my cable TV lines was accidentally cut outside and it would be a major hassle to run a new line from outside to my house through the attic and into my bedroom. So instead I decided to run the new coaxial cable in my house using a splitter on the downstairs TV. The new cable runs along the bottom of the wall, up the stairs and into my bedroom. I've used these clips to secure the coax cable to various locations on the wall, and while running the cable internally across the floor isn't the nicest thing in the world, these clips make it less "noticeable". They stick to the wall well (provided you clean the areas of the wall you want to put them on) and 30 is the perfect amount for one order (I used about 20 for cord management). So I have some spares in case any glue decides to rub one of them off. The clips also snap into place when you insert the cable into the round bracket to keep the cable secure. And these clamps handle both coax and Category 5 cable with ease. It was a steal at a good price.
