Before purchasing this product, I noticed some issues with no noise cancellation during a phone call and overheating in the comments. But the truth is, this problem goes far beyond what people have described. After two months without heavy use, the noise-cancellation stopped working a few seconds after activation and the mode switch became unresponsive. I could have bought from Sony or Bose for the same money, but I trusted Jabra, which I now very much regret. I'm trying to contact support but haven't received an answer yet. I'll keep you updated with this comment if there is any progress in the future. But at this point, for anyone who can hear me, THINK AGAIN before investing in this device. It pains me so much to have this $300 device that underperforms some $50 headphones and not be able to return it.
