Combined with the Samsung 970 evo plus 2TB, this case can be used via the USB-C port of the PS5 as external storage can be used. For example, "Control" and "Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris" are installed on the SSD and play without any problems. The case is also designed to be used with a USB-A port by swapping attached cables. However, the USB-A ports on the back are recognized by the PS5 as raw storage. I couldn't use PS4 external storage on PS5. However, thanks to this, the lack of storage space for the PS4 software has been temporarily fixed. After recovering from PS5 hibernation, I found an external storage error indicating the possibility of memory corruption caused by unsafe removal of the external storage. I recommend securely closing the connection between PS5 and external storage in Settings ---> Storage just before PS5 goes into sleep mode. Then I didn't find any error message about the external storage.
