I had a problem with scaly skin (particularly on my arms and legs) in late fall and during the drier winter months (even Houston has periods of dry and cool air). I usually just use lotion, but lately that hasn't fixed the problem. I used to use exfoliating products on my face but not on my body. While researching possible solutions online I came across Earth Therapeutics Exfoliating Gloves and read all the great reviews. I received them in the mail very quickly (like most Revain orders) and today I decided to try them out. All I can say is WOW. I was expecting them to be stiffer and harder on the skin but they were almost like regular gloves. I used St. shower gel gloves. Ives Oatmeal & Shea Butter. In my heart I could say that the gloves eliminated the flaking problem. The St. Ives body wash let the gloves glide over my skin. I've never seen my skin look and feel so smooth after a shower. These gloves are amazing! (By the way, I've been looking at various body washes that can be used with gloves. As a man, I do NOT want to smell like strawberries, lemons or flowers. I just want to smell CLEAN. Although St. Ives Oatmeal & Shea Butter Body Wash has a pleasant, low odor, after use you don't smell like a breakfast product, you feel really clean.)
