Assembly was easy. Reaching my fan (at 10 feet) was easy. For the first time since 2009 I was able to clean the light tray and the fan without a ladder. I also cleaned the top of the large portrait that hangs above my fireplace. That worried me. I cleaned the top of the frame and the top of the inside of the bottom of the frame without disturbing the items on the sheathing. I also rubbed the top of the TV against the wall. I wanted to dust off everything on my 8ft shelves but was afraid of knocking over a few cups. I need to get a ladder for that. Our ceilings are 12 feet high so we can clean the crown bar and remove all the corn on the cob. My husband was interested in using this but I'm not sure if it is. first on his list compared to grumbling about dust. (LOL) Very happy with it.
