I like that you can use this software to track your customers and see what they're looking at on their phones while in your restaurant. It's easy to use for anyone who is familiar with computers or has some basic knowledge of smartphones. The only problem I have had with this software is that it sometimes freezes up or shuts down unexpectedly. This happens when I am trying to make changes to my account or when I try to enter an order. If you are looking for something to help you keep track of your customers' orders, then I would recommend checking out Black Box Intelligence. I'm able to check my customers' orders from anywhere I go. I also love that I can access all of my information through my phone.
