I was very happy to receive them as I have a friend who is passionate about this brand and I liked the lacing (which makes it impossible to untie shoelaces). I've tried walking in them twice and each time my feet hurt so much I seriously considered taking them off and ending the walk in my socks. They're long but not wide, so you'll end up wearing thicker socks that make them narrower. It's too late for me to return them as I've worn them outside so my word to the wise is to try and wear them at home for as long as possible before you decide to keep them. Maybe it's just the weirdness of my special legs, but who knows, maybe yours are weird too.
