This pre-workout should provide about the same energy or boost of energy as more popular branded pre-workouts that are only 1/2 serving or 1 scoop. I would suggest starting with a spoon. (150 mg caffeine and 1.6 g beta-alanine). If you're a stimulant lover like me, you can take (2) scoops, one full serving. 300 mg of caffeine make the heart beat faster and 3.6 grams of beta-alanine provide a slight tingling sensation. I love watermelon, and that's just ah, not good and not bad. Worth a try if you want something with a slightly different ingredient profile than your typical pre-workout. 25 full servings or 50 1/2 servings that still gets the job done makes this a great value.
