Came in excellent condition, no damage. I carefully read all the reviews before purchasing, especially the ones that mentioned their frames failed and their cups shattered. I waited until I bought a JB Weld to assemble my rack thinking I would need it for extra stability; It wasn't even necessary. VERY EASY to follow. However, people who blame the quality of this coaster for breaking their mugs have not followed simple instructions. When assembling you will immediately see how the horizontal posts need to be attached to the vertical posts (note step 2, circled diagram H in the photo where correct placement is clearly visible). wrong assembly. There is ZERO CHANCE that the rack will ever fail if you follow the assembly instructions. I REALLY feel very sorry for those who have lost some of their collections; I know it must be heartbreaking to lose something that has taken so long. If you go back and make small adjustments to your physique, you'll love your posture again and it will never let you down.
