Great item. There is adhesive tape on the back that sticks to almost any surface. It also detaches easily if you want to take it off when renting or moving house or just moving things around. As you can see from the photo, it can hold a fairly large item and has a hook big enough to hang almost anything you want. It says the capacity is around 7 pounds, but it seems like it could go a lot higher. The collection of knives I have is probably about the same, and it shows no signs of struggle. You can probably easily hang larger items like potted plants or large decorations. Any money spent on it is worth it because it means there are no holes in the walls, paint damage from tape or other issues that end up costing you a lot more.
