Inexpensive clasp: Teeth aid

I received this necklace for my husband a few months ago. The beads looked beautiful but the clasp was cheap and literally broke in half. I just came here to return it and the return time has expired. So I paid almost $30 for a necklace that will last less than 3 months with a little wear. Disappointing.
