Good, but others are better

I have a 300 square meter apartment. seal feet. Before spending a few hours on the sealer, I decided to test this sealer against the Micacle sealers I had left over from another project in my kitchen pantry before doing the rest of the floor. The floor has been flooded for over a month so it has fully hardened. I applied a coat or two of each product and waited 2 hours between coats. Then I waited 3 days, applied a small amount of red wine to all 4 points, left on the joints for two minutes. I wiped it down with paper towels first, then sprayed it with 409 cleaner and wiped with a rag. Photos here after 24 hours. There isn't much of a difference (miracle sealant is slightly better for two uses). With both products, water will still darken grout after two coats. So if you hit 3+ apps it might stop eventually, but who has time for that? Miracle Sealer penetrates better when applied. With the help of floor people it is more difficult to wet the joint seam. What I haven't drawn is an unsealed test patch that's about the same as the one the Floor guys used. I was surprised by this because I thought it was really tarnished. Perhaps there are some additives in the Mapei joint compound I use (Ultracolor plus) that make sealing less (or not) necessary.
