hi we use many of the best window cleaner brands that start with Et. They were the best for outdoor window glass. They worked well in the shower glass for a while, until we got white wall surfaces and the black rubber blade, good as it was, started leaving marks on the white surfaces. As we use the squeegee for both the glass and the smooth surface of the shower walls this was not practical and we had to get another one just for the walls. it's out of date and we found this all white item. Now it fulfills a double function: it cleans glass without leaving streaks and smooth wall surfaces. Sounds like a lot, but the shower stays cleaner longer. The black rubber blocks were good for the exterior windows and glass, but we had to do double duty cleaning the shower with two different mops. Why remove water from glass and shower walls? Water cleaning saves the glass surface from daily wiping. The walls remain clean until the day of cleaning the whole house. The Et brand is good, but indoors in our shower, this simple all-white blade keeps our glass shower walls clean and does a great job on smooth shower wall surfaces. YRMVNote: Because the clear plastic handle is slightly curved, make sure the blade isn't facing or resting on anything. Over time, the blade loses its sharpness and deforms. There's a suction cup, but for us we just place it with the rubber blade facing up so it doesn't bend or touch the surface. It's the same with other all-black rubber elements, but the rubber tends to flex faster and then lose its crisp wiping properties.
