Just what I needed for an old puppy
I have a 13 year old dog with severe arthritis in his hips and he was beginning to have serious problems climbing stairs. She just kept slipping and losing her balance due to her already weak legs. I literally had to follow her, and on more occasions than I cared to, I literally had to catch her to keep her from falling backwards down the stairs. This changed immediately when I installed these strips. Yes, it's cheap stuff, but for my dog, it's the difference between day and night. She's still in no hurry to climb the stairs, but I've never seen her even lose her balance.
