For many years I suffered from hand problems that got worse. Joint stiffness, joint pain, swelling, numbness and tingling, carpal tunnel, all mostly in the left arm. Creams, gels, bullets and even painkillers, when they worked, the relief was very temporary. Compression gloves have helped me the most, but even with them I feel like they don't work as well now as they used to. Then I saw and read about this wireless handheld massager from Snailax and it seemed promising so I ordered it. I have to say, when I first took it out of the box it reminded me of a cordless handheld vacuum that you stick your hand through! This handheld massager comes with a plastic bag containing the necessary USB charger. a cord, a portable handheld massager and a gift pack of 10 disposable plastic gloves I believe. wherever you want to use it. I've found it works best for me on the armrest of my chair. You need to charge the handheld massager before first use, which takes about 5 hours, so I charge mine overnight. It runs 1.5 hours when you use the heating function, or 4.5 hours when you don't use the heating function. . I use mine with the heating function as it makes my hands feel better. The rest is about choice and learning curve to see what works best for you. The intensity button comes from L1-L6, the mode button, which means the massage mode comes from P1-P6. The default value for intensity is L3, and the default value for mode button and massage mode is P1. The heating button is either on or off. I haven't used the vibrate feature, which can be low, high, or off. The pause button will pause the massager, then press it again to return to the previous state. The power button naturally turns the device on or off. The hand massager switches off automatically after 15 minutes. They do not recommend using it for more than 15 minutes three times a day. The rest is a bit of trial and error as to what works best for you. I've been using mine for 3 days, 3 times a day on L3 for intensity and P3 for massage mode with heat option on. I've noticed how far I put my hand into the handheld massager, whether my fingers are sticking out of the hole my palm rests in, which makes it more or less comfortable to use. I like that I can increase the intensity and mode of the massage if necessary. In my opinion, it's best to start with the lower options and see how it works for you. After using the handheld massager it leaves an imprint on all areas of your inner fingers and both sides of your wrist but only partially on your inner thumb I think due to the way it is placed. I had no idea this was going to happen, but to me it's proof that it covers all the required areas. Before using this handheld massager, I was waking up at night because my left hand was in pain or pain. Since I've been using this handheld massager for the past 3 days, this hasn't happened. I would rather use this handheld massager while watching TV than taking painkillers or topical painkillers. Registering your handheld massager will activate your 2 year warranty. I really like this product and it is very easy to use. Your choice of power, intensity, heat, and mode will clearly glow red, with the exception of the vibrate mode, which will glow green and the pause button will glow blue. I am so thankful and lucky to have this handheld massager as using other pain relievers has not worked for me. If like me you have hand problems and have tried other pain relievers that didn't work for you, you should try this Snailax. Manual massager. It might bring you the hand relief you've been looking for!
