Adorable but too small
Adorable hat but didn't fit my head for 4 or 6 years. They usually wear caps/hats from the boys' section, not the toddler's section. If you are looking for a small cap for a 2.3 year old this should be fine. Too bad it didn't work out for us because I loved the style!
