Well to start with the first time they sent me the wrong item so I sent it back the same day the second time they sent me Sent the correct item but it was covered in scratches like someone had used it so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The THIRD time they sent me the WRONG item again so I sent that item back as well and again asked them to send me a replacement. It's been 3 days since I sent the item back and they still haven't sent me a replacement. Other than that, the switch has a nice feel, decent weight, and build quality. I just want them to send me a good replacement so I can verify the correct item and not their customer service skills. I will keep you up-to-date.
