Review on Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600 AM4, 6 x 3500 MHz, OEM by Micha Osiski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

With memory at a frequency of 3600 MHz in stress tests, it consumes a maximum of 80 watts (at a maximum voltage of 1.248 volts) and warms up to 85 degrees. An excellent percentage with a nice price (I took it for 11,000), but you need to take it on Ali.

Pros
  • Immediately, without dancing, I took the memory frequency of 3600 MHz at 1.41 V from memory, unlike AMD 2600X, where it worked stably with the same memory only at 3200 MHz. According to tests, the processor is only 3% inferior to AMD 5600X. In games at 1080p resolution, it is 20% faster than the AMD 2600X, and at 4K there is no difference in performance, because. the entire load falls on the video card.
Cons
  • You need to choose a cooler more carefully - I have a Be Quiet Dark Rock 4, which should dissipate up to 200 watts, but with it the idle temperature is 45 - 53 C (+27 C in the room), and 65-75 C at load. In my opinion, it's too much, but reinstalling the cooler did not help. Chiplets in processors have begun to be placed off-center, so the convex heels of coolers should be leveled by grinding or a cooler with a flat base and direct contact between heat pipes should be selected. ADDITION: lowered the temperature by 7 degrees by installing an additional exhaust fan at the top of the case.
