The design of the stamps is subtle and very beautiful. Each of the 8 reels has its own unique theme and each reel has many variations. 8 roles provide great variety. Good adhesion. The stamps are pre-punched like a real stamp roll. One thing (and it's a big one) I don't like about this washi is that it's VERY difficult to get the strip off the roll without tearing it. No matter how careful I am, the tape will tear and I'll end up with a lot of useless strips to tear off the roll. Sometimes it's difficult to just pull a "stamp" let alone a strip from a roll. The paper is not of the quality it should be. Once I get over the frustration of pulling on a 1 inch piece of tape and all the tearing that accompanies it, I'm ready to take a break. But the design is really appealing, so I keep working on it! I think that over time this tape will eventually end up in the bottom drawer of the drawer where it doesn't get used very often. If you have the patience, this could be the washi for you. It's really beautiful! It really is a pain!
