The ease of use and customizability of the software. The ability to add all of the modules you would want for a practice. The ability to add modules on the fly. I have used the software for almost a year now and have had zero issues with it. I have had to call for help a few times and the support was quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. We have been able to add modules to the software as we needed them. I have been able to quickly add modules I needed to add to the software and customize it to meet our needs.
