The ability to track patient appointments quickly without having an app or computer program installed in their office was very helpful! It also helped me keep up-to date when I had no internet access at home (which happens often). I really love how easy it was to use. There were so many different features we could use! I also like that they had a section dedicated to billing and insurance companies. One thing I disliked was that sometimes when you go back to update something in one area, you have to close all windows (other tabs) before you can open the new tab/window again. I have used this program since its inception in 2003 during my residency training as well as practicing internal medicine at several different hospitals over more than 15 years. It has always been quick easy-to use when working remotely without being physically present where most other programs are much harder to utilize if not just impossible. The last few versions however seem slow responding or buggy sometimes so it may be time to look elsewhere unless they improve their customer support…

The features like patient scheduling which makes it easy when my doctor wants me asap or I want him/her right away! It's also great if he has an emergency appt in another city because its so simple just pick up where u left off - no waiting!!
