Review on ChartMaker by Richard Surveh

I really love how easy it was to use. There were so many different features we could use! I also like that they had a section dedicated to billing and insurance companies. One thing I disliked was that sometimes when you go back to update something in one area, you have to close all windows (other tabs) before you can open the new tab/window again. We used this a lot during COVID-19 crisis to help us keep track of our patient appointments. It's great being able to see exactly where my patients are at or their next appointment. Also, it helped to get an accurate count for who needed to be called if we didn't have enough staff.
