The ability to track patient appointments quickly without having an app or computer program installed in their office was very helpful! It also helped me keep up-to date when I had no internet access at home (which happens often). There were several issues regarding charting - it would not save correctly so charts could be lost if my phone crashed/the battery died etc but this wasn't noticeable until later once we'd been using them regularly. When they did work properly though there weren't many problems as such. Just make sure someone else can help out during busy times otherwise things start falling behind again which defeats part of its purpose. Tracking our time spent seeing each individual client by month rather than just week makes sense now since some clients require more ongoing attention then others do too!
