I originally bought a toaster and gave a bad review. The toaster worked as expected but found unlabeled controls. Toasting was an adventure, but I decided not to. You figure out where the notch should be and move on. Anyway, I only use it for toast and English muffins. But the seller contacted me and they made every effort to fix the error. Not only did they refund the cost of the toaster, they also sent a new one. So in the end I think the toaster's performance meets your expectations and the seller's customer service team is exceptional (thanks Kelly!). Don't be afraid to buy a toaster. If you are unsatisfied with it for any reason, the seller will move mountains to make you satisfied. I highly recommend. :)
