I originally chose this toaster because of the affordable price, nice aesthetic and timer function. I get scared very easily so the idea of seeing the time remaining was nice as it would keep the toaster from scaring me. This wasn't the case, however, as the toaster is very quiet when unfolded. Update 28th November 2021 I think it's officially broken (after very little use). I'll try to post a photo of today's burnt toast at setting 2.5. I will not buy this brand again. I agree with reviews that say even low settings turn toast VERY brown. I've used this maybe 8-10 times, about every 5 days or so. I've only tried bread or frozen waffles. The thing boils very unevenly. One side burns as if on fire, and the other is practically not fried. At 1, at 1:09 nothing is fried. On 2, one side burns like charcoal in 1:42. For 3 Bread, Pop-Tarts, Frozen Waffles will burn and fill your house with smoke at 3:20. Super weird timers too.
