lights arrived in 10 days (free shipping) well packaged. each light blister packed, all 4 in 1 carton. Equipment was intact. The headlights all work and look good. As expected, the specified lumens are greatly exaggerated. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. Direct parallel tests of each light source showed that they all have the same brightness. All 4 have been tested at 12.5VDC input against lamps with actual known lumens (to the naked eye) of 400-500 lumens. not bad at all for the price. If you are looking for a decent LED light I would say this would be very good. Highest quality limit for cheap Chinese lanterns. very worth $25 with the free shipping i paid for them.
